End of the Year Belief Audit

Hi Beauty,

As we approach the end of the year, how are you feeling?

Are you proud of where you are, or are there still some negative thoughts looming?

Now is a great time to do an audit of your current beliefs so you can assess which are out of alignment with where you want to be, and work to change them before the New Year.  

A helpful exercise for this is to make a big letter “T” on a piece of paper. 

Write your negative thoughts on the left and what you want to replace them with on the right. 

Use the graphic below as an example!
