How To Tap Back Into Your Intuition

Hi Goddess,

Society has taught us to hustle ourselves into chronic stress.

Gotta be a bossbabe, right?

However, true success comes when you become a master at deciphering what ideas and beliefs belong to you and which belong to someone else. 

When you are able to listen to the wisdom of your beautiful, magical body.

And when you begin to lead yourself rather than following the lead you’ve been modeled. 

It’s important to redefine what success looks like for you. 

But often this is difficult because we’ve been so conditioned by the patriarchal and hustle culture.

Following our intuition can cause fear in our nervous system when it goes against what we’ve been taught.

It can feel wrong, scary, and make us doubt ourselves especially when the intuitive path doesn’t make sense to our human mind. 

The truth is: action doesn’t always look like hustling and working.

It can also look like resting and allowing. 

This is why it’s so important to train your body not to go into “high alert” when your intuition is telling you to slow down, relax, meditate, go for a walk, or hire a coach

Resetting your nervous system can be easy (>> and will help you tap back into your intuition!).

Start by doing something that feels good. 

Practice deep breathing, dance it out, get into nature, call a friend, listen to an uplifting podcast, cuddle your pet, message your coach…
