How to Love All Parts of You
Hi Beauty,
How is it going loving yourself?
Reminder that it’s a process, and there are going to be moments that are harder than others.
If you’re anything like me, you’re no stranger to negative and self-defeating thoughts.
I used to be consumed by them, especially when it came to how I felt about myself.
I didn’t love myself, and I certainly didn’t believe in myself.
Moving from this place to where I am today took work, and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women realize their power and potential.
The thing is: often the negative self-talk serves a purpose.
And up until this point, it has kept you safe in some way.
Likely you learned it was safer not to own your brilliance – because certain parts of you felt too scary to be seen, heard and fully expressed.
Today I’m here to tell you that it’s safe to reclaim it now.
And for you to love all parts of who you are.

I recommend creating a quiet space where you can just be, light a candle, and spend some time really sitting with yourself.
These are great to redirect and re-wire negative thoughts, turning them into empowering ones aligned with the truth of who you really are.
